Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of CalmKiBaat. CalmKiBaat is operated by Ankit Pandey, an individual. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Last updated: 8 October 2026.

1. Who can use CalmKiBaat

You must be 18 or older and living in India. CalmKiBaat is designed for, and offered only to, users in India.

2. Education only, not medical care

CalmKiBaat provides general wellness education based on published research and public-health sources, which we link to wherever possible. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Assessment results are a self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis.

We do not sell, recommend or advertise any medicine, supplement, device or remedy. Nothing on CalmKiBaat is an advertisement under the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954. Always talk to a qualified doctor about your health. In an emergency call 112.

3. Your account

Keep your password private and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@calmkibaat.com if you suspect misuse.

4. Community rules

As required by Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not post or share anything that:

• belongs to another person and you have no right to share;

• is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another person's privacy (including bodily privacy), insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or encourages money laundering or gambling;

• is harmful to children;

• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;

• deceives or misleads about where a message came from, or knowingly spreads false or misleading information;

• impersonates another person;

• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites any offence;

• contains software viruses or other harmful code; or

• breaks any law in force in India.

On CalmKiBaat you must also not: share personal details (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, social handles); give medication names or doses as advice; claim cures or guaranteed results; sell, promote or link to products or services; or harass anyone.

5. Moderation

Every post is checked by automated AI moderation, and flagged posts are reviewed by a person before they become public. We may edit (for example, remove personal details), hide or remove content, and suspend accounts that break these terms. If we remove your content you will see its status in your profile, and you can ask for the reason or a review through the Grievance page.

6. Reporting content

Use the Report button on any post, or the Grievance page. Complaints about content that shows a person's private area, shows them in a sexual act, or impersonates them will be acted on within 24 hours. Orders from a court or authorised government agency will be acted on within the time required by law.

7. AI features

The AI Wellness Coach, community summaries and moderation are powered by AI and labelled as such. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to host and show it anonymously on CalmKiBaat, and to edit it only to remove personal details or meet these rules. Deleting your account deletes your posts.

9. Free service and liability

CalmKiBaat is free and provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its content, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law.

10. Changes and reminders

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. As required by the IT Rules, 2021, we will remind users of these rules and of the privacy policy at least once a year.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
